NOTE: Set-up is on the morning of the show ONLY

All exhibits must be “show-ready” by 12:30 pm on Tuesday, October 20.

How do I get to the Loading Dock?
Your bestoption is to park in the North Building, hand carry items and then make your way to level 200.
The loading dock is a "shared dock" and is not redily accessable unless absolutely necessary.

Where can I unload my personal vehicle?
Personal vehicles can be driven to the loading dock for unloading and then parked in any of the garages.
The closest garage to the event is the West Building Garage (number 1 on the map). You may park here and hand carry items to the thrid floor.
Can someone announce the contest winners for our giveaways?
Yes, announcements will be made by show staff on the ½ hour. Bring your contest winners, company name and booth number to the AAMB Booth located on the show floor.
*Sorry, we cannot make "Visit Booth xxx for a chance to win..." announcements unless it is an official "sponsored" event.
