Where can I unload my personal vehicle?
Personal vehicles can be driven to the loading dock for unloading and then parked in any of the garages.
The closest garage to the event is the West Building Garage (number 1 on the map). You may park here and hand carry items to the thrid floor.

Can someone announce the contest winners for our giveaways?
Yes, announcements will be made by show staff on the ½ hour. Bring your contest winners, company name and booth number to the AAMB Booth located on the show floor.
*Sorry, we cannot make "Visit Booth xxx for a chance to win..." announcements unless it is an official "sponsored" event.

    Note: No structure in your booth may extend farther than 5' from the back drape of the booth that obstructs the view from the side

  • The entire expo hall is carpeted (Multi-colored - Teal-Mustard-Burgundy-Purple); however, you may order carpet through your Exhibitor Kit to coordinate with the colors of your booth
  • If you are hand-carrying all of your booth materials into the show and have no extra items to order, you do not need to fill out any forms
