What is included with my booth space?
All booths include carpet, one table, two chairs and one wastebasket. Please refer to the Show Service Kit for electrical, internet, phone and other services.

Blue & Gold.  Back drapes and table skirts are Royal Blue. Side Rail Drapes are Gold.

Wednesday, April 23rd                       12:00 noon - 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 24th                              8:00 am -12:30 pm

All exhibits must be “show-ready” by 12:30 pm on Thursday, April 24th.

You may park in the loading zone space on 3rd Street just north of Jefferson and walk into the building entrance.

Can someone announce the contest winners for our giveaways?
Yes, announcements will be made by show staff on the ½ hour. Bring your contest winners, company name and booth number to the AAMB Booth located on the show floor.
*Sorry, we can not make "Visit Booth xxx for a chance to win..." announcements unless it is an official "sponsored" event.

We now have an all new, streamlined, electronic, Guest Pass system!
Each exhibitor gets 10 guest passes for the Expo Only to distribute to clients.

INCLUDED WITH BOOTH
  • Standard booth size: 10' x 10' with 8' high back drape and 3' high side rails -
    Note: No structure in your booth may extend farther than 5' from the back drape of the booth that obstructs the view from the side
  • One standard 2'x6' skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Drape colors: Back:Blue - Side Skirts:Gold -Table Skirts:Blue
  • The entire expo hall is carpeted (gray); however, you may order carpet through your Exhibitor Kit to coordinate the colors of your booth
  • If you are hand-carrying all of your booth materials in to the show and have no extra items to order, you do not need to fill out any forms
